InnoVentures Capital, manager of the Utah Small Business Loan Fund, was listed as one of the top Private Equity Firms in Utah Business’ September 2016 issue www.utahbusiness.com

“We are really pleased to be named in the same list as firms like Epic Ventures, Kickstart Seed Fund, Peak Ventures, Signal Peak Park City Angels, Salt Lake Angels and other distinguished funds” said Steve Grizzell, InnoVentures’ Managing Director.

Steve Grizzell continued – “Our success is because our loan terms are some of the best in the state. Loans range from $50,000-$250,000 with interest rates as low as 8% and repayment terms of up to 7 years.” “We are also one of the least bureaucratic lenders in Utah – we typically get our loans done in weeks not months.” “Additionally we lend anywhere in the state, even rural areas.”

The Utah Small Business Loan Fund has money to loan from HUD, EDA and USDA and is the most active non-bank lender in the state of Utah. The Utah Small Business Loan Fund is actively issuing new loans and welcomes any calls about loans for your business. We strive to make the lending process simple!

Sam Stoddard is the founder of Simple Citizen, a startup business that may have won more student business plan competitions than any one else in the United States.  Sam traveled to India, thought about his future and decided not to take a job offer at a prestigious accounting firm but to start his own business.  He has since gone on to raise a round of funding from the Kickstart Fund and is off to California to join Y Combinator, the second accelerator has gone to.  Listen to some of his story and hints.
